David has been delivering as a virtual CISO with SideChannel since 2019, most notably working with GoFundMe to build and lead their cybersecurity program. Before joining SideChannel, David served as the CISO for the San Francisco Police Department and previously as an Executive Officer of the CIA’s Covert Action Staff, a CTO at L-3 MPRI, and a founding member of Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America. He was a technical consultant for Amazon’s show Jack Ryan.
